In Light of the recent outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to put your mind at ease, We wanted to let you know what we’re doing in response to the Coronavirus outbreak to protect our staff and customers.
We’re following the government health advice to make sure our customers and our colleagues stay safe and we are putting all the necessary measures in place to ensure this advice is followed by everyone.
We understand this is a challenging time and we’ve put our robust business continuity plans into action so we can make sure we can still supply our Cow Milk all over Chennai .
We are continuously training and educating our Delivery staff on the best practices of Self hygine, proper method and frequency of hand washing/sanitising as well as what to do in case if they have any symptoms of illness.
Since our delivery promotes contact-less delivery, we will keep the milk outside door as always and you don’t need to interact with our Staff
At our Farm,
We have multiple checkpoints for sanitation. Our Supervisors make sure the employees sanitise themselves before Milk Filling and packing.
We have thermal scanners to check the temperature of the staff and we encourage them to stay home, if they are sick.
The Bottles are as always soap washed and sterilized before filling and high sanitations performed till it is loaded to our truck.
As a critical essential service provider, we will continue to do our very best to ensure your MILK services continue. The health and safety of our employees is really important to us, and we’re asking for your help and support to protect them and you and your families.
